Roof Installations/Replacements
Do I really need a roof now or can it wait?

This is one of the main questions we receive. Asphalt shingle roofs usually last 20-25 years. Architectural shingles have a longer life span than three-tab shingles. While it may not hurt to wait to replace your roof, one small issue can cause damage that can lead to rot and mold causing additional expenses. Therefore, if you are considering a new roof in the near future, it may be best to avoid the risk.
Some signs you may look for are:
-
Missing, Loose, or Warped Shingles
-
Rusted Metal in Roof Valleys
-
Damaged or Missing Pipe Collars
-
Roof Leaks
